1/4 cup onion minced
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup small diced celery
1/4 cup small diced carrots
1/3 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups light creamd

Cooking Method:

Heat butter in your cooking pot Sautee the onions, celery, and carrots until tender.

Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Then, add the ham, corn peas and chicken stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Slowly add the cream, while stirring the other ingredients. Let it simmer for another 8 minutes. Your hot soup is ready to serve.


Ingredients :

1 cup sour cream,
1/2 cup chopped cashew nuts,
1 cup halved seedless grapes,
1 cup pineapple (drain),
1 cup mandarin orange (drain),
1 cup peaches (drain),
1 cup flaked coconut

Preparation Method:
